Funeral Arrangements Set For Patrick Juris

Mr. Juris, of New Lenox, died Sunday, Nov. 6, 2011 in his dorm room at the University of Illinois-Chicago.

Funeral arrangements for Patrick Juris have been set.
The New Lenox student died Sunday, Nov. 6, 2011 in his dorm room at the University of Illinois-Chicago. He was 22.
There will be a visitation from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 13 at Lawn Funeral Home, 7732 W. 159th St. in Orland Park.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 14 at St. Mary’s Church, 19515 S. 115th St. in Mokena. Internment will immediately follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 1400 S. Wolf Road in Hillside
In lieu of flowers, the family will provide a website where charitable contributions may be made in Patrick’s memory. A link to the website will be added when available.
Mr. Juris was born May 30, 1989. He is survived by his parents, Bob and Diane; and one sister, Emily.
